Okay I know it is ridiculous that a college educated person cannot just read on here and figure out what to do, but you guys give so much good information, I just need somone to narrow it down for me. It is seriously information overload for me.
I have numerous internet pd loans and I live in Arkansas. I am trying to get these paid off but as everyone else has said, the interest is killing me(though some of you have much worse). Please just tell me what to do.
PaydayMax- 150.00-pd 139.65
Pack Management/B&L- 150.00- pd 315.00 -called them and they refused to do anything
Instant Cash USA- 300.00- pd 90.00
National Group- 200.00- pd 120.0
500fastcash-300.00- pd 380.0
Fast & reliable-300.00- agreed to 375.00 total pymt
RBTloans-300.00 just got last week so no pymt yet
Capital Funding- 300.00-pd 90.00
I think that is all I owe. I just turned over my checking account to my husband so I am unable to close our account. I could move them all to my personal account and then close it I guess.
Help,
LA

well i am sorry to say that the first step is securing your account. they will go after this and directing them to a new account will not really help, they will clean out both accounts. there is a link here about state laws and closing your account
