i have several payday loans in default and i am lost,i just don't have the money to pay them all,i live in pennsylvania and i wondered if any of the lenders are licensed or what to do....help,the lenders are Arrowhead;payday online; rapid cash management; world wide cash; cash advance usa; and instant loans now; and cash-advance-us,they are all online lenders and some keep calling me at work and threatening to call my boss and freinds

Payday loans are prohibited in PA.
Pennsylvania State Information state info here http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...pdls-laws.html

But in PA, most of the pdls operate as CSO, thus bypassing the pdl laws.
