what is that regarding,i know they give out fee laden CC'S but
am not aware of anything else.

it is a $1500 internet loan from them but somehow tied to check n go

ooh,check-n-go is legal. did you default with them too?see if you can work an arrangement.get the letters to the illegal pdl,then work with the legal one.
