I got a collection letter from Glacier Star
Group on behalf of ASAP Funding. Does
anyone know what PDL goes under the
name of ASAP Funding?

I took out a PDL with them in June of '07 and they are now going under the name (at least that is what i have tracked through old bank statements) of SDS Lending. I can only find a fax number for them. I just faxed them a letter revoking payment and revoking any calls to my employer or references. I will also be sending them a certified letter I faxed over to them, once I can find their address! I cant seem to find an address either.

I can't find anything under ASAP Funding or SDS Lending. However, djones, since they turned you over to a collection agency, you need to send the collection agency a debt validation letter. They are to PROPERLY validate the debt.
