Following please find the requested information...
  1. Ashland Enterprises (Internet) | PayDayLoan.com (Internet)
  2. Ashland $250 Loan | PayDayLoan.com $350 Loan
  3. Ashland $450 Paid | PayDayLoan.com $630 Paid
  4. I Live In Florida
I have taken out two PDL's from the above referenced companies. When I took out the PDL I understood that the loan terms were not to exceed thirty one days. These PDL's originated on 10/20/09. I have had a difficult time reaching these companies. What should I do?

You can view your payday loan laws at the link below, FL requires Internet lenders to be licensed by your state:

You can click the link below to look up the lenders to see if they are licensed in your state:

FL has lenders who operate as CSO's (Credit Service Organzations), so you will need to make sure none of yours are registered as CSO's because a CSO does not follow the payday loan laws, they are only required to register with the secretary of your state.
