Hi All,
I have two payday loans that I never heard back from? NetCash USA and Quickdraw Cash and I have emailed and sent letters over and over since July. Would you suggest I just go ahead and let it go or continue to pursue. NetCash I overpaid by at least 800 dollars? Thanks All

You will probably hear from them, much later when they say you are now owing them thousands more dollars. Don't consider them gone until you have a PIF letter.....

But I don't know, hopefully more will be along soon who actually have experience with these particular ones....

Overpaid by $800? I would continue to pursue until I had at least the PIF. Keep asking for the refund, sometimes you get suprised.

Have you filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and your state AG? If they don't respond to you, they will sometimes respond to the government agencies. Especially with an overpayment of that amount. If you haven't filed any complaints against them, do it now. You'll hear from them. Also, check your credit report. These weasels may have put a "black mark" on your credit report.

Thank you for that information. I filed with my AG but never heard anything from them, I will file with the other two agencies. I was able to get most of mine taken care of, but these others have not heard anything on.
