I am just going through my papers, but I can't find anything in any of the papers from MTE that says anything about a wage assignment. I know Sonic is known to try this tactic, but what about MTE?
Do they attempt to do wage assignments? Just curious to know what I am in for.

If it's not mentioned in the contract, MTE can not send wage assignment papers to your payroll. It will be illegal if they try to do.
MTE is affiliated with Rio Resources. There are number of complaints against them for not following the laws in different states. Be careful of them because they are famous for doing unauthorized debits in the checking accounts.

Well, you know my vast experience with MTE!  They do not have wage assignment in their contracts. Lord knows I would know that! Don't worry about them. They'll just harrass you, threaten you, lie to you, debit you, etc......You know. Usual every day stuff in the life of a pdl. LOL!
