We have got ourselves caught up in the payday loan cycles. We currently have six loans and two have been paid back. We had a loan from Cashtranferscenter and they went into the payroll and took an extra $150. My job just let them take it. We also got a personal loan from my mother in law who is now harassing us to pay it back. Is there some company out there that can help us with the payday loans and the chargeoffs we have with a vehicle that we got while we were in the bankruptcy procedures and all these fees were attached that we did not know about until years later. Someone please help?

Welcome Belton! You've come to the right place.
You can always call for a free consultation or fill out a form for a free consultation.
Also lots of people here have had experiences with Pay-Day-Loans. Someone will be along shortly to help.
It would help us better if we knew the state you live in, the amounts owed on each PDL, the company its with & if it was a store-front or internet.
I think there might be more we might need, but if there is we'll let you know!

Belton, please post the requested info.Alsothe original amount borrowed from each lender. To get the amount paid back to each, add the fees and principle to get one total for each lender. when we get the info, I will post the laws for your state , and we can begin to get you out of the PDL cycle
