The so called attorney for $10 dollar payday loan called today. Stating that if I did not fax them proof that the loan was returned they would take me to court for the sum of 763.oo plus legal fees of 200 plus court costs.
For the first time in many many months I had the pleasure of laughing at them and asked them to please please file a suit to help enforce the complaint I had filed with wisconsin state financial board about illegally loaning and collecting in our state. As well as the fact they can not take criminal action against me as was threatened before because that is prohibited Smile

As a final note i informed him he could no longer harras me at my home or place of employment.
Ohh what a wonderful feeling when the "attorney" actually hung up on me.

You just don't know how happy I am! Because these jerks who were messing with you were on my a$$ for sooooo long! Oh, I was soooooooo relieved to finally get rid of them! And you blasted them out of the water! Actually, I'm getting great satisfaction because I know that I at least played a "small/tiny" part in it! I love that you blasted them! So, I feel like you blasted them for me, too! THANK YOU!
