Can payday loans be included? I am paying an attorney payments on a unsecured loan, can that be included too?

Your payday loans can be included, I am not sure about your attorney fees. Please list what state you are in and if your payday loans are store front or internet and how much you owe and paid so far and someone will be along shortly with more info from your state. I can tell you that when I consulted a consolidation company here in pa they said that the pdls would not cooperate with them. However I have seen on here where some do. So it may depend on the consolidation approach. Mine did not work here in western pa so I did not go through with it. You can always try.
