After requesting audit#'s from three payday advance loan companies (paydayok, usfastcash and Unitedloans) via email, and advising them that I had filed complaints against them with my State Attorney's Office, USFastCash responded with "We will forward your request to the appropriate department."
Gee, think that means they are not licensed in Florida (or anywhere else?) So, add that request to your emails/letters when dealing with these people. They have to have an audit # if they are licensed in your state.

All pdl places must be licensed in the state of the borrower. That's the crux of the matter. Period.
There are so many of them not following the laws. Everyone, get your state attorney involved if you are dealing with an unlicensed company.

Trenity I agree 100 percent. All the Attorney Generals need to be contacted on these places. Because they are the ones with the authority to shut them down. KYSIDE38

An audit number...hmm, is that the same as a license number? And what happens when they're shut down and they still loan illegally?
