ashley, calm down. It's okay. These are illegal companies. Just try to remember that. You have paid these people in full or overpaid them. You do not owe them anything. They are trying to collect illegal "fees". You have paid them. Please do not get upset. They can send as many emails as they want to. For each one they send, respond with the fact that they are not licensed/legal, that you have paid the amount of the loan, and you demand a paid in full letter. Please be calm and do this. You have paid them. You are done. Yes, they will continue to bother you. Your best bet is to keep everything going via email. Do not take their calls. Do not. Also united cash loan just called my job with there automated system and its funny because you dont get to say a word they do all the talking and then the phone hangs up. WOW this stuff is becoming overwhelming to me. Also another question, i closed my bank account and i have a installment loan with check-n-go thru bank of delaware how do i pay them back if i closed my checking account i want to pay them but i have to get back on track this paycheck and will be ready to pay them the next check. i heard that they are very hard to deal with.

ashley, you're going to have to contact Check 'n Go and tell them your bank closed your account. Just tell them the bank closed it. Tell them you will need an alternative payment option. I do believe from what I've read they want moneygram. However, don't hold me to this. They may take money orders. I'm not sure. But you will need to contact them and inform them they will no longer be able to debit your account. If they want payments, they'll give you another option to pay besides bank debits. Give them a call and then post as to how it's going.

what do i need to do to get some paid in full on some of these accounts i have like ez loans by net, 500fastcash, united cash loans and MTE i have paid them way more then i should have

Ashley I am dealing with 500fast cash also. They are really hard to deal with. Have you sent them C & D notices and revoke any type of wage assignments you may have agreed to? They called me the moment they received my C & D order. I told them they needed to contact me via email or USPS, and they said they would not do that. I told them they can only contact me by these means and he hung up on me. Also he tried to tell me my state laws do not apply to them when in actuallity they do. Try not to answer the phone and if you should get stuck on the phone with them remind them that you asked to be contacted only by email or the USPS, and if they call you again you will file charges with the FCC. Since I have told them all of that they have not tried to contact me since.

Also if these places send you to a collection agency, make sure they validate the debt. There are some terriffic letters under the do it yourself tab at the top. Many of the people cannot validate the debt since it is illeagal to begin with. Try not to stress it. I know that is easier said than done. I have been so relieved since finding this site. Everyone cares dearly and really knows what they are talking about. Please keep us posted. And by no means do not take this hard on yourself. We have all fell into this terrible trap! Just like us you will slowly climb your way out of the dungeon.

500 fast cash is as Cannr says evil . Don't let them get to you. I had a very lovely phone conversation with them yesterday. Just get those letters out as Cannr and lmk have encouraged. Just remember you are not alone and we will help you as much as we can.
