Okay. They are all internet loans and you live in Florida. I'm going to post the Florida pdl laws for you to see. As you can see, rollovers/extensions are prohibited in Florida. So these pdl's that are charging you rollover/extension fees are charging you illegal fees. Also, please note that in Florida criminal action is prohibited. That always makes me feel better. However, I have to ask you - you did list the pdl names, which is great. Thank you. But what we need for you to do is list the amount borrowed from each one (principle amount only - what they deposited into your account) and then next to it the amount you have paid them total (every penny - don't break it down into fees). What you've paid towards your loans should go straight to the principle amount of the loan. No fees/rollovers/extensions. So, if you could do that, we can help you further. And frogpatch (who posted above) is also in Florida. He can help to see if they are even licensed to do business with residents of your state. Meanwhile, read your state law that I'm posting and then post the dollar amounts borrowed and paid for each pdl. We can help from there!
