Help I am in bad need of help from payday loans. If I understand correctly the state of NC does not endorse these. I am lost as to what to do. Please can someone help me?

Contact your state's Attorney General's office and file a complaint. You will have to pay back the principal that you borrowed plus whatever your state's legal interest limit is, but no more.

Oh yeah I also forgot, you may have to close out your bank account if they are taking their "fees" from your account automatically. It sucks but otherwise you will be paying forever.

Hi, welcome to the forums. You have come to the right place. Please tell us how much each loan was for and from which lender. Also, how much you have paid each one so far. That way we can help you determine what you legally owe.
You must close your checking account immediately so that you can breathe and deal with these companies on your terms, not theirs. Tell your payroll dept that you need to get a live paycheck for a while.

It looks like the only one you still owe on is EPayday--and that would just be 20 dollars. I would close your bank account, get a new one, send EPayday their 20 bucks without them getting into your bank account and demand that the others be marked Paid in Full or you will be complaining to your state's attorney general.
