500 Fast Cash just responded to the BBB that my account was closed with a zero balance back in August after they received a complaint from the state of Florida. This is the same company that refused to take my emails anymore. Hey I printed the BBB letter and put it in my filing cabinet. That is the best I am going to get out of them. That just leaves me dealing with Loan Point and BIG.

Oh, pyb! I'm so happy for you! No more MTE's for you, my friend! I'm doing a happy dance now! Now to get rid of LoanPoint and BIG. Personally, I would consider BIG non-existant. Congratulations to you!!

Quick update. An investigator for the Department of Finance in Florida contacted me about 500Fast Cash. They are doing serious investigations into them and PDLs in general. He told me they were trying to see if they needed to change the laws in Fl regarding PDLs.

Good for you, honey! I think I would hand over every scrape of paper I had to help them "make a decision" regarding payday loans - let alone unlicensed/illegal pdls. Now, when they make a wonderful change for the better, I'm going to give you all the credit!
