Hey guys,
This is something I got in an email this morning. I have already sent the letters stating that they are illegal and that my initial principle balance has already been paid. Just wanting thoughts on this:

As soon as you go into work on Monday, YOU ABSOLUTELY have to send a letter to your payroll(email is fine too) and revoke any wage assignment you may have signed with any company. Wage assignments are signed with almost all PDL companies, stating that you VOLUNTARILY agree to have them take the money they owe directly from your check, but it is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and you make REVOKE it at any time. Send a letter to the company revoking said wage assignment. Keep these letters!

I have notified my payroll department that nobody has my permission to take funds from my check, so that should take care of that. What is this "teletrack score" business -- anything I should be concerned about?

Teletrack is a consumer reporting agency for sub prime loans. The only businesses that check this report are payday loans, rent to own businesses, and other sub prime lenders. No real creditor will check it, they will check your 3 major credit reports. It's nothing to be concerned about. It will only stop you from taking out more payday loans.

Ahh, well if that is all it is then who cares? I definitely won't be seeking out any more payday loans!

Voluntary Wage Assignments like the one you signed with them are also illegal in some states. And if they are legal, you also have to sign them in person. You might want to check the rules in your particular state.
Cash Transfer Centers is also in bed with Sonic Payday, which is one of the worst IPDL's out there, btw.
