my bank is blocking the illegal pdls company id number...will this stop them from playing with my account?

You should send a letter to each PDL revoking authorization to make any further debits from your account. Did you put a hard block on the account or just for the PDL's. Some PDL's have been known to use a DBA name just to get past the block.

No, many times they will just use another company name and ID, or send through a paper check.

Blocking the company ID is only a temporary fix.
