Hello I live in Texas and have several payday loans andam not sure what is legal and what is not.

The companys names are:
Zipcash
payday loan yes
arrowhead
big ltd
us fast cash
upfrontcash

There are also two that I do not remember ever asking for and don't even know who they are but they are taking money from my account. What should I do?
One of them is Magnum Z and they say that I asked for 200.00 and according to my bank records I have paid them 510.00 and 2 of these payments were on the same day.
The other one is Northway Credit and they say that I asked for 300.00 and according to my bank records I have paid 381.00.

Also alot of these pdl's are taking more than the agreed to sum out of my account more than once a day. What should I do?

Payday loan yes has taken 590.00 out of my account just today and all I show that we owe them is 350.00

I just really do not know what to do anymore. Can someone please help me. Sad Crying or Very sad

Strp one-Close that account! Then gather all of the information you need. C&D Letters, Complaint forms to their AG and yours, the BBB Complaint form, and talk to your bank about who their ACH Processor is. I know thatUpfront cash uses ACH Commerce/Advantage Ach. Call and ei-mail Gail Sauter at gsauter[at]advantagepaymentsys.com and 702-240-5295.
UsFastcash uses Intercept EFT 800-378-3328 and intercepteft.com.

Once you have all of that information start bombarding. Call, e-mail, and fax everyone you can think of. The ACH companies are going to tell you haw they can't help you but don't worry when you tell them how much you have paid on a loan and how they harass you and what your state laws are they will help you. Be very nice with but firm, they are a real company. Ask them to at least investigate. This puts pressure on the PDL and they will back off. DEMAND A REFUND. YOU CAN GET ONE FROM UPFRONT CASH. I got 505

I know this is going to sound stupid but what is a C&D letter? Also where do I find the complaint form for their AG?

Yes, getting in touch with these ACH processors have proved to be a swift and effective way of stopping these pdl companies from debiting your account to death. Since you have overpaid most of these, I would sit down and try to figure out just how much of a refund they owe you, based on your Texas laws. I am very stupid when it comes to numbers, so I am afraid I can't help you out there. Very Happy And I wouldn't want to give you the wrong information about how much of a refund you are due. Also, I am sorry to tell you this, but you are going to have to close your account in order to stop these companies from debiting your account. Once they have your bank information, they will continue to steal money from you. After you have safely closed your account, contact these pdl companies and tell them your account is closed, and you will need their addresses in order to pay the rest of what is owed, that is, IF you owe any, and I don't think you do. The main thing to do right now is close that account ASAP! Here is a link, please read through this link BEFORE you close this account. And do not tell these companies you are going to close it, until after it is done!

I am so sorry that you are going through this, I understand how much of a burden it can become, and how it just kicks the life out of you, but please do not despair, you have come to the right place for help, and we will get you through this, one way or another! Smile

How on earth did you end up paying so much on these accounts? Did you roll them over, or refinance them, or just pay the interest when the payment became due? I am just trying to get a clearer picture of how this came to be. Smile

Sometimes when you refresh the page or shut down your browser and reopen a few times that silly advertisement will go away, it makes me crazy too! Confused
