That said Tennesee has the highest divorce rate and bankruptcy rate in the country.
Wonder if that's because the state refuses to stand up to these IPDL lenders. I can see the connection...if they refuse to help people who get suckered by these companies...divorce and bankruptcy could be a likely result.
Just a thought.

The article was on Forbes.com and was titled "Some States Lag as Bankrutcy Rates Fall." Sorry, it won't let me post a link on here for some reason.
I was semi-joking by the way...I just hate that TN is such a wuss state when it comes to standing up to these IPDL's.
