I filed a complaint with the BBB regarding Paychecktoday. They never responded. My paperwork states MTE Financial dba Paychecktoday. So, I filed a complaint against MTE Financial. They told the BBB that they had nothing to do with Paychecktoday. So, I faxed my loan agreement to the BBB and they faxed it to MTE. MTE responded that they had nothing to do with Paychecktoday and they will need to investigate why this company put MTE's name on their forms. They consider the matter closed. Please......... I will respond back to the BBB complaint. I want to get my words just right. Do they actually think they are fooling anyone? I have filed a complaint with my AG in CA and will be filing a complaint with the OK AG. MTE just never ceases to amaze me.

My loan was with Ameriloan, but my documents stated MTE, as did the name of the company debiting my checking account, stated MTE, NOT Ameriloan. Crooks. They need to toke on the peace pipe some more, I'm afraid they've lost one too many brain cells at this point, it may be all they got left.

I know I've been gone for a couple of months, but I thought MTE was ordered to quit doing business?

They were ordered by Oklahoma (where they are located) to cease and desist business, including collecting past and current loans with Oklahoma's consumers. I think a person needs to file an individual complaint with OK's AG to get individual assistance if they are out of state. I know they helped a Texas consumer out when they filed a complaint with their office and MTE was ordered to mark them PIF and to cease and desist any collection activity against them.
