Does anyone know where I can find a good template for drafting my complaint letters to the AG's office and BBB?
Also, when I'm sending complaints to the BBB.........which one do I send it to, the one where I live (PA), or the one where the PDL is based out of?

Go to Polly's blog. She has drafted some settlement letters for specific pdl companies and many people had success after using her letters. Go to this link below.

While you are addressing the issue to your state AG, it will be worth sending copies to the state AG where the pdl companies are based.

I believe that you want to send it to the BBB in the state that they are in. File it online and it will take you to the BBB website in that state. That is how I filed mine.

Tree , when I wrote my AG office,...I downloaded their complaint form from their website...I filed one out for each pdl I had...then I wrote a letter explaining how I had gotten into the mess and what happened when I tried to get out. I also explained that I had gotten some very good info on this site..I included the letter I wrote with the complaints and also copies of the C&D letter I wrote each of the ipdls. To date they have helped me get PIF from 3 of the 5 I have sent him...1 is in the works and 1 has not replied to the AG at all.
