The complaint was received by the BBB on August 6, 2008 and has been assigned case# 38016569 in our files.

We regret to inform you that the Better Business Bureau cannot process your complaint. The case has been reviewed by one of our Complaint and was found to contain issues that are out of the BBB's purview.

It is our policy to process only those complaints that fall into the BBB's scope. Items such as landlord/tenant issues, criminal allegations, requests for punitive damages, employer/employee disputes, cases already involved in litigation, civil right violations, business to business collection issues, third party complaints, etc. are not handled by the BBB.

did you file AG complaints yet?if not do so,if you did wait for that.when it comes toMTE,MNE or any illegal pdl using the indian reservation scam to try to avoid the laws the BBB usually
will report that way.AG'S however are getting wise to this and
are not letting them get away with there illegal actitvities.

I went through the BBB and was able to resolve my outstanding loan through them. At least they agreed to mark it paid in full. How did you file the complaint? I did it as a contract issue.

That isn't necessarily bad news! Take your complaint to the AG's office, they usually will do more than the BBB anyway.

Where else have you filed?
