BBB of Delaware responded to my complaint on GECC Cash Direct Now:

Surprise, surprise. At least they had responded to me with a PIF once I faxed a document saying I wouldn't file complaints on them. I had alrady filed when I heard from them and now I'm sure that is why they contacted me in the first place.[/quote]

Probably...I have seen that in other cases as well...but at least they are gone!!!
