I don't show any of them licensed in Ohio. You really need to file complaints. You are only morally obligated to pay back the principal amount. When filing complaints, make sure you are clear that you have overpaid some of these and are due a refund.

You can check the data base yourself, I gave you the link. Unless someone else knows if any of these are licensed, I really don't think they are, in OH.

They don't need notarized, send them via email, and certified returned receipt through USPS if you like. I only sent mine through emails, at least you then have a paper trail.

kporter90, I couldn't find a license for cashnet, I didn't put cashnetusa in the data base. Are you sure they're licensed, I mean they could be. If they are let us know, I'm not certain about it and only did a search for 'cashnet'.

Oh and, my kitty legs, well hey, I like em'. It's suppose to be a "ghost kitty" floating in mid air. I don't know, guess I was amused with the picture when I saw it.

Hmmmm...gives me something to think about. Cashnetusa was very good about making payment arrangements. I didn't put them with Town and Country, I could pay them off faster myself.
