I just got this email from BIG which i sent a complaint to all places as well as sending an email to them. Should i respond to this email or is it jsut computer generated or resend the letter i sent them before?
Here is the email they sent...

Resend your letter to them by e-mail, fax and certified mail.

I third this  it seems as though they are trying to trick you. I would resend everything and request that all communication is to be done in writing.

Also does anyone one an address for Astro lending email and mailng address and phone #, I want to send them letters as well, my loan is now late and i just got an email saying they sent it to some collection?

with BIG make sure your letter revokes not olny your authorization for withdrawal but any purported voluntary wage assignment

Hi there, I have been recieving harassing calls at work from this company and I did not take out a loan with them. Everytime I have tried calling to get an address and fax they will not give me this information does anyone have this info I would like to send them a letter in writing to stop harassing me...anyone please help
