mrthumper, if I were you, I would send them an email informing them that you are aware they are not licensed to lend payday loans to Ohio residents. I would also file a complaint with your Attorney General's (lol well, we know it isn't Marc Dunn anymore, he resigned), office and the Federal Trade Commission. I would include a copy of these complaints with the email you send to these pdl's. Figure out how much they owe you, and demand a refund. What will probably happen is, they will reply and tell you that their laws prevail, but that's a bunch of phooey so don't buy it. Anyway, tell them you are DONE with them, and demand a PIF letter, plus a refund for $XXXX amount. File a complaint with Ohio Attorney General's office here, then you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission here.

Both companies are based in England, although Worldwide uses a Delaware address. Probably not much help you can expect from the regulators, but you can be confident they won't be doing anything besides nagging you. No one is flying over to sue you on a $200 loan.
