They are the biggest jerks ever. they call my phone at work and I don't know what to do. i got a loan from them. they kept taking and taking. i finally stopped the payment with my bank. Now i get threatening calls at work. they screamed at my boss and may get me fired.

You can send them a cease and desist letter, that'll make them stop calling you at your workplace. Probably its an offshore business, though I'm not very sure Sad

As per I know, Big Int is a UK based company, located in London and is not allowed legally to practice in USA. I will suggest you not to pay a single dime to them.

Other members may help you better.

I have had experiences with B.I.G I am currently in the process of harrassing them I call them everyday and talk to a guy named phil I call them so much and tell them how Illegal they are they put me on a fraud list Very Happy

they are from the U.K here is the information I found out their address in london is Northway house 1379 High Road Whetstone London N20 pLP they belong to a companies house with Roving&Mease Plc when I told them this information they stopped playing with me I don't understand? I also told them I would contact the Minister responsible for the company house and report the harrassment his name is the Honourable Gerry Sutcliffe M.P this may help you I't did me For some reason they took a break with me also file with the BBB in reno nevada and also send them a email or fax to not call you at work. Don't let them make you scared I will keep you in my prayers

I have all of you in the DCC community to thank.I have learned so much and became empowered, I got these loans, it was a hard time for me and thought they would bring relif we all have been there now I am angry because they take advantage of us we are good hard working people and they prey on us like we are nothing I will not stop until they know we will not be ran over. The payday loans changed my life for the worse but when I found this community you guys changes me and my life as well as the situation for the best thats why I say keep your head up, don't be ashamed and "Stop the madness" of these companys. We Rock!!! Laughing

Does anyone know if Ais Services is a legal collection agency? and if they were hired by a illegal internet lender what can they do to me and if they are in california where would we go to court?

Hi Barbiwalk,

Though I'm not quite sure but I think that AIS Services is a legal one. If they are being hired by an illegal payday loan company then you can ask for debt validation. If they fail to do it then you can dispute it. In California you can complain to the following address: -

good morning I have only recieved emails from I-collect saying that my account has been turned over to AIS, do i need to contact them or do I wait for them to contact me also is it true that a collection agency has to file suit against you in your county and if they are not licenced to collect in your state oh well?? I think let the collection agency contact youâ€¦after that send a DV letter to them asking for validating the debt. If they fail to validate the same within a specified period of time then dispute the debt. Please send all your letters through a certified mail.

how long does it take for them to contact you Im ready to get this over with I have not heard a thing. When I do I will be ready dosent a collection agency have to be licenced in South carolina to collect?

yes, BIG will continue to call you and threaten you, but thats as far as they will go, they cannot actually do anything else to you, as they are acting illegally and are in the UK

When we took the loan out they had us say over the phone on a recording that we agree to everything. Then they coudl us back like 2 weeks later saying they need us to re record it becuase they lost it. I am not even sure if I owe them any more money, but what do yu guys recomend?
