I got another call from these people. They said that my account was with the "Investigation Department" and if I didn't respond by 11:00 it would go to the "Legal Department".

After reading about them on this site..and knowing I more than paid back my loan, I learned that my cell phone has a nifty little feature...the block list. I blocked the number that came up on the caller ID. We'll see what happens.

Cool - I'd just keep blocking any number they call from.

I have more than paid back my loan also from them. I stopped all further transactions from my account from them.As soon as they found out that they were not able to get anymore money from me,my phone at work andmy cell have been ringing off the hook. Can I do anything to make them stop harassing me?

jmy, I'll be honest with you - they will call you to death. That's what they're known for. Annoying, harrassing telephone calls since they can't "collect" legally - they will bug the living crap out of you. Your best bet (if you can pull it off), is to get these jerks to believe you no longer work where you are. If they are told "They no longer work here", they will stop calling your employer. However, your cell phone will ring every 15 minutes. You can put up with it (they usually don't even leave a message) and eventually they do tire and leave you alone (only to come back later and start all over again). Or you can change your cell phone number. Try to get them to believe you're not employed any longer. And DO NOT take their calls.
