Has anyone had any experience with T&C Acceptance. I was thinking of using them to get my payday loans paid. Are they a good company to deal with.

Most of us have done this on our own. Chances are some of your loans may already be paid off!!!!
Please list for us, who you have borrowed from, the amounts borrowed from each, how much in total paid to each and the state you live in. Are your loans store front or internet. We can help you here

Kash is right many have done this on their own including me...when I first came to this site I had 2 store fronts and 3 internet pdl's...you can do it yourself with a little hard work, please provide the info that kash has requested so that we can on to helping you

I am working with T&C and they have been a great company to work with. My advice is if you can do it by yourself do it. T&C does charge a fee for their services but I had so many pdl's and accounts in collections I did not want to do it myself.

Ok I have a question.....last year I was still getting calls from CA for my ipdl's....All of them went through T&C....The company was very nice and worked with me...Some companies that called said they dont deal with T&C- My question is what happened to all the payments that I sent in?

I don't know if I understand your question Tweety. Did IPDL's refused the checks from T&C? If the IPDL's did not cash the checks I would demand a refund from T&C. Have them send you a copy of the IPDL's check if they claimed they cashed it. Did you worked with the CA directly?

A lot of companies will say they won't work with consolidation companies, but when it comes down to it they will cash the check and take the money.

There are some companies that won't though. I know of one case where a storefront didn't cash the checks, and didn't send them back, and eventually sued the person.

I had maybe one or two accept T&C proposal and the others didn't. They would say they do not work with T&C and never will. The funny thing is they all cashed T&C checks. Don't get me wrong, most did not accept T&C proposed amount and had to increase my payments. I have not been sued yet and I've been with them for 7 months. I am not too worried about being sued at this point.

Duh! I'm sorry, the person I was thinking of that went through T&C and had a loan from Checksmart that wasn't cashing the checks was you Ryan!

I thought you'd posted before saying that Checksmart took you through the bad check court thingy in Ohio - Or am I totally thinking of someone else?

You are correct, it was me. Checksmart took me to a mediation hearing. At first, T&C proposed $12 a month but at that hearing we agreed on 70 some a month. I had to increase my monthly payment to T&C.

Checksmart is now cashing my checks that T&C sends to them.

I went ahead and signed up with T&C because I owed alot of payday loans. I live in Ohio and I already had one take me to small claims court. I defaulted at the end of Nov. The judge was nice he just basically said to work out a payment arrangement with the pdl and T&C. It seems like theyare more willing to work out a payment arrangement with you after they have a judgement because they have something to fall back on if you don't pay T&C.

If you don't mind me asking, who took you to court? Also, did they tack on lawyers fee's and etc?

With T&C ask for statement of activity from them. Double check their work to make sure they are paying everyone. One time when I was auditing their work I noticed they forgot to pay two accounts.

Payday cash advance they are associated with First American cash advance. My brother got taken to small claims court by VRS and Advance payroll. Both are store front.
