I sent them my letter stating that I would pay on the principal of the loan - bal of $210 after paying $90 and here is the response that the sent

The contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in Caribbean State of Nevis. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to. You are a citizen of the state of Illinois. However, the contract was not made in the state of Illinois.
With all the information at hand I am still willing to work out arrangements for the balance that is still owed on your account. You may contact our offices 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Our toll free phone # is 1-866-321-6114 option 5. If no contact is made within a reasonable time the account will be sent to a third party collection agency.

I can assure you that our business and the contracts that are signed by you the consumer are legal. You took out this loan knowing it was a payday loan. When you did the loan you also were asked to save a copy or print a copy of the contract for your own records. Now if you fail to do so then that it is not our fault. We advised you to do this before signing the loan documents. Also with the signing of the documents, it comes from an IP address which can be traced back to make the documents legal binding. Along with you signing the documents it also states you waive your rights in section 4, this is located in the contract I have sent to you.. The contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in the Caribbean State of Nevis. I will be more than happy to help you with the account to make arrangements on it to pay off or pay down on the loan. I will not be stopping the interest for this is what you agreed to when you signed the loan documents and accepted our money.

Choice of law clauses are unenforceable. You are not a citizen of Nevis and do not have to follow their laws. Your state's laws apply. This guy is full of it and he knows it. Keep at them.

since i am not a resident of nevis the"governing law"is meaningless.meaning unless you extradite me to that sh*thole called nevis you have nothing,but the notion that i'm stupid which i'm not.you are illegal.my state law applies.

Don't blame the country for the actions of a few fraudsters. If that measuring stick were applied in the U.S., we'd really be in trouble :)
