Hello,
I need some help determining if the current loans I have are illegal. I am buried by this burden and don't know how else to get out of this. I have been receiving harassing phone calls at work from someone from a foreign country on behalf of 24/7 green street on a daily basis. They are scheduled to withdraw tomorrow and I am unable to close my account due to a negative balance. every time I get paid these loans just dig me deeper and deeper in the hole and I am now struggling to pay my car payment and other basic bills. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Also; I live in Illinois
The loans I need assistance with are:
24/7 green street-loan amount $540.00-paid $347.94 (have had previous loans with them I paid in full but am unable to view amounts paid online and they are unable to tell me over the phone)
plain green loans-loan amount $500.00-paid $254.97

If you paid other loans in full with 24/7 green street, you definitely paid over the principal. Send them an email telling them that due to your past overpayments on other loans, you will be declaring your current loan with them paid in full as it is well over the principal. thank you for your help. Today both companies withdrew payments even though I sent the letters revoking ACH, so my balance in my account did not stay positive long enough for me to close my account. Do I as for them to refund me via mailed check?
Also; I received an email from Plain Green asking me to call them but nothing from 24/7 green street as of yet.

Call your bank and ask to file a disputed charge. Do not request a stop payment... you can tell your bank that withdrew even though you withdrew ACH and the bank will return the payments and then refund any overdraft fees associated.

Did you give your bank a copy of the ACH revocation as is recommended???
