If payday loan companies are not responding to the C7 letters, I think they are called with the ACH revoke, clarifying illegal in your state, not to contact employer, all that stuff..... What should I expect is their next move, surely it is not that easy.....

I think you mean a C and D letter, which means cease and desist, as what they cover is exactly what the C and D will do. Are they not responding, or are they not "obeying"? If they are not responding, give it some time, they will. I do hope you have closed your bank account before sending those letters as they will go in and take whatever they can once they realize that they are about to be "shut off" from their money source.

most of mine responded really well to my c & d letters. sometimes, the ones that are super-illegeal don't care. some of them are just careless enough to break the law and will call all the time.
