There is a lot of great info on this forum - can anyone share a story where they actually spoke to the AG or Dept. of Corporations for California re: payday loans and what should be done (pay only principle, etc.)?
Would be nice to hear from someone who has gotten a response or done this before in CA.
Thanks!

We have a lot of members from CA. I don't know if they've SPOKEN with the authorities in your state; however, they may have some insight as to how the state views pdls and payback.
Bumping this again!

I have dealt with them--and the only time I had to file, the complaint was dropped as the IPDL I was dealing with finally settled. Call their number and someone will call you back.
