Is this for a payday loan? If so what is the name of the compnay and is it storefront or internet? If they are a legal company then they can sue you, but it sounds like they are just using scare tactics because if they were going to sue you they would just have you served, not call you up and ask for your attorneys info. You don't use an attorney in small claims court anyway.

I told him the second time he called that this was harrassment and not to call back but he kept calling never giving me a company name just ph numbers. oh yes they were store front. but i don't know what this guy wants i have worked out the other one besides i have no job, no money and waiting for the EDD to decide what they are going to do.can't get blood from a turnip.
