hi all- does anyone have any ideas how to get cashnet usa to stop calling my references? i am working with t&c, and have told them that. my friends even said we don't talk to her anymore take their names off the list. my friends are being so good about it for now, but i don't know how long that will last.

I have no idea how to make them stop calling but to pay them, How much do you owe them? Can you call them and make some sort of payment plan that will work for you and them.

Have you done a search on this site to see how others have dealt with them? There are a lot of posts on here with people that have dealt with them.

well i am working with t and c, so i am paying them. they aggreed to work with t and c, so then they should stop calling.

Guest...maybe a call from T&C will help?? Many times one hand doesn't know what the other is doing...they need to note your file that arrangements have been made and to stop calling.

Has T and C already sent payments and have they been cashed? If they have, then they need to cease and desist, because they can't say they didn't know you were in a payment plan with them.

I agree with ks call T&C and explain to them that your references are getting harassing phone calls from them and what payments have they sent to them..more than likely someone from T&C will contact them for you...
