I'm freaking out...I still haven't heard from them, I've sent emails, and they are just ignoring me...What should I do? Are they going to start calling me at work. I've read some horrible stories, and I'm not sure if I can handle anything else...things are just in a bad way right now

You need to send them a cease and desist letter. telling them to only contact you via e mail or usps. This should stop the phone calls at work and home. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it does not. It is certainly worth a try.

I've been trying for two weeks, and I know I have the right email address, because it's the same info I used to take the loan out, when they were more than happy to respond...In the email I revoke ACH and wage deduction and c&d...
What am I going to do?

I hope you did not revoke the ach debit authorization before you closed your checking account. Is it closed.? you did not mention.

One thing that may help is to tell your coworkers and family that you're ID was stolen and someone took out some payday loans under your name. That way it's not so embarrassing when they start calling.

Sending Payday Loan Yes a cease and desist letter won't work. First off, since they are the original creditor you can't tell them to only contact you through the mail. They have every right to call you. They are supposed to stop calling you at work if you tell them not to, but this place will continue because they know it's embarrassing you. They will try to harrass you into paying them.

Do a search here for Cash Net 500. It's the same company as Payday Loan Yes. It will give you an idea of what to expect. They are one of the harder ones to deal with. It's very rare to get any sort of actual response from them, besides the normal emails and such they send you once you defualt.

Also, you need to send the revoke physical mail. You can't prove they recieved the email. If you send the revoke's certified mail return reciept, you can prove that they recieved it. That could be very important down the road.

I really don't know what to do...they took the money out before the agreed upon date...I just don't want anything to do with them...I'm in NC, is there a company that can deal with them for me...I am more than willing to pay what I owe them. I borrowed 350.00, I think they say I owe them $450.00. I I just don't want them taking it from my account. I feel like such a loser

Payday loans are illegal in NC. You would only owe them the principle amount you borrowed.

Don't feel like a loser . . . . We've all been in your shoes. It's okay. Things happen. You're doing something about your situation now, and that should make you feel good.
