I have 4 payday loans out. I got myself in a real mess.I can't afford to pay all them every two weeks it leaves me know money to pay bills. I have not paid any towards the loan part it has all been just the fee they charge to renew every two weeks.

1. cashnet.usa 706.93 have not have paid any to the principal
2. Cardinal Management, LLC $325 Have paid 150 but its all been finance fees.
3. One click cash $325 Only have paid 150 but it has been finance fees.
4. Payday loan yes $455.00 have paid 210 again only finance fees.

I live in Texas. All of them are internet loans. I know cashnet usa will work with me on payments the rest I have no clue about. I haven't defaulted on them yet, but my checking account was closed due to being overdrawn so I will be defaulted on them. any advice I can get would be really appreciated. I just don't want to go to jail it scares the poop out of me.

I tried to register with the website but it keeps freezing hate being known as guest.

The link below contains Texas payday loan laws:
http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/stateinfo/TX.asp

Payday lenders must be licensed in the state of Texas in order to lend to Texas residents, click the link below to view the Texas payday loan licensee data base:
http://168.39.159.59/default.asp

Texas also has lenders who are known as CSO's, basically, a CSO or Credit Services Organization is defined by the Texas Credit Services Organization Act (Section 393 of the Texas Finance Code). Please bear in mind the CSO or Credit Services Organization model (unfortunately) IS NO LICENSING required by the state! CSO's are required to "Register" with the Secretary of State, they are NOT licensed, and their fees ARE NOT REGULATED.

If you CLICK HERE you can search the Credit Services Organization data base, but keep in mind that some lenders use dba names.
