I got a call and an e-mail from my fav. person today. I guess I am just asking what you think of the e-mail I am sending back to them  The first one is the one they sent me(and then called 4 minutes after the e-mail was sent

Now here is what I wrote back (I guess I was just kinda pissy when I wrote it lol )

So now I am writing you to tell you that you are not allowed to contact Mr.xxxxxx at his work phone,home phone or e-mail. We will only accept contact from you through USPS. So any offers of settlement are to be mailed.
I will included the original letter I e-mailed you on 10/06/07 just to refresh your memory. I am also forwarding this e-mail to the state of Wisconsin and the state of Nevada, so again I have written proof of communication.

I like it.
You may also wish to make reference to the obvious FDCPA violations. You could pursue those as a separate issue, in addition to possible criminal action.

FDCPA would not apply to first party as this is coming from the OC, Cash Today.

puddlejmpr, I can NOT believe Brian is still after you. You would honestly think he'd give up. My God. He has to be one of the biggest "hounds" out there in pdl land. I swear, you'll probably be 87 years old and get a phone call from Brian.....

Thanks you guys, I thought it was pretty good and I was pissed when he called, I was in la la land from my meds trying to get rid of my migraine and he woke me up I knew who it was right away, just love the voice
