Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 144,000 members

I have just sent out a cease and desist letter to Cash Today Limited. They have been calling me here at work and also at home.If this does not stop them from harassing me all the time, what would my next step be to get them to stop? My loan with them is paid off. They actually took out more than they were supposed to. Once I stopped all transactions from my account and they were not able to get anymore money from me, that is when the phone started riniging off the hook again.Just want to know what to do if I have to take this to the next step. Thanks for all the help.

If they continue to call you send them another strongly worded letter stating that you will not hesitate to file a harrassment suit against them and a complaint with the FTC.

Dont just tell them you are filing complaints, actually file the complaints. If you paid this in full then they have no business harrasing you or taking another dime of your money.

Next time they call tell them the call is being recorded and that the police will be tracing the call and charges of harrassment will be filed.
