Like other people here I am caught in the trap. So far i have 6 advances in Ohio. All stores and 3 due a week. (520.00 national cash advance 460.00 cash land 230.00 cash express in 1 week) also (460 check n go 460 checksmart 230.00 ky check exchange) any help on how i am goin to get out of this mess. Make things worse I am goin to have 3days unpaid coming soon dont know what to do and help would be great thanks.

also i have been doing this for about a year so the apr being 316.% so have i over paid them.

Why not you give a call to each of the lender and put your payment proposals? You need to be more careful of the storefront lenders and pay them soon. Most of the companies have a licensed business and can take you to the court if you are in default. IPDL companies can wait for sometime since most of them are doing an unlicensed business.
Give a call to each of the lender and know the latest status of your account. Hopefully, you will be able to work out something on your terms.

Most are legal in Ohio if not all of them. I had 4 out of the 6 you mentioned. If you can not get all 6 to work with you, you may want to go a company that may be able to help. I had 12 out at once but i'm working with a company now. It hasn't been easy but I keep on telling myself in 11 months it will be better.

this is where i found out that the pdl should have looked in there databases before giving me a loan can i use this info in my defense

If you want go to Town and Country Acceptance.They deal with pdl's and they can save you alot of money. I do not have the toll free number but here' their local number 205-823-4930. The start up fee os $205.00 and depending on how much your debt is you pay a weekly fee. I pay $33.00 per week.

Did you close your bank account, etc. Are the PDL's still trying to debit? I am thinking about getting the last 4 that I have done through T&C. Thanks,

Yes I did. What i did was I closed the acct one week beforemy pdl went into default. They only tried one time to collect and that was it. My bank would not open the account back if they would try again. The check was sent back to the pdl as closed account.
