I received a letter from a collection agency a few days ago stating that I owed cashadvance network
250 dollars.As far as I know I have paid these people
what I had originally borrowed plus more in fees.
Should I write this agency a letter demanding a debt
validation letter or should I write cashadvance network directly? I have attempted to contact them in
the past to make payment arrangements, when I had a
loan outstanding but they seem to be hard to reach by
phone.Also I thought I read in this forum that cashadvance network is illegal in Florida.I am not in
panic mode because I know that I paid them back what
I borrowed. Thanks again to this forum and all who help one another.
