Has anyone had to deal with these two pdl companies? I have overpaid the original loan amount in just fees are they at all helpful if you try to call to see if they will consider this paid in full?
Also does anyone know the laws in NC about internet payday loans?

Pay day loans are illegal in NC. I assume these loans you have are internet loans. I would go into your bank and speak with the Branch MGR and have them put a hard hold on the account " also known as a ACH Block ".

Payday Loan Yes is illegal.
I am dealing with them for over 2 months now and they are the rudest people I have ever talked to.
At first they kept calling and changing the name of where they were calling from. Even from a bank that doesn't exist.
Now, they call me at work every day, harassing me.
I sent them a C&D which apparently did no good.
I have never received a validation of the debt or a copy of their operating license which I have requested on numerous occasions.
I filed complaints with the PA AG's office as well as the FTC and I am now seeking the aid of a lawyer due to their harassment.

Yes, I have dealt with both of them. Payday Loan Yes decided to ignore my request for them to only contact me by UPSP and called me today, three times. Oh, yes, that Robert Lewis is so interesting to chat with. I love his gritty undertone. I actually laughed at him 3 times in the middle of the conversation over his lack of basic legal knowledge.
As far as being harassed at work--Thankfully I work at a federal agency so I doubt they will be calling my work.
I really believe that a positive outlook brings positive results so ignore the calls (as much as humanly possible) and be grateful you have stumbled upon this site--I know I am. Be informed, aware and laugh as much as you can. It can't go on forever and it won't. I have faith all the junk will turnaround for all of us

I work for a state government agency and that hasn't stopped them from calling.
I have even informed them that their calls are being recorded and they still call.
How stupid/ignorant can they be?
I have a nice pile saved on my voicemail alone to prove they are harassing me at work.
