Ok, so I sent CAN a C&D, ACH revocation PIF and refund request, here is their response I just received:
"Thank you for choosing CashAdvanceNetwork as your loan provider.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a loan at this time. (WHAT?????? I am sooo upset lol, I did not apply for another loan from them)
We suggest that you try applying for a payday loan at:

Funny....they never mention my email, PIF or refund.

Keep after them. That's a basic form response they send to every e-mail they receive, meaning they didn't even read it. Their computer likely saw the word "loan" in your e-mail to them and picked up on it - and did a quick search of their records, found your name as a current customer and sent out the rejection letter based on that.
Send your PIF request via certified mail, return receipt requested - that way they have to sign for it, and you have proof you sent it and they received it.
