Hi everyone,
I had 10 pdls', thanks to this site I have paid 2 off.. Cash Banc is one I'm still working on. I borrowed $500, paid back $570 and then had a lot of trouble with my checking so they haven't gotten anything else. I did make arrangements to pay back $400 additional over 4 pay periods but haven't been able to do that. Someone I talked to there said if I couldn't do that, I'd have to pay back $900+ and they'd be drafting my bank acct for it.I went to the site today and it said my last payment was $900+ (of course, that payment will be returned from my bank unfortunately). Now I've gotten a letter from them thanking me for being such a good customer and inviting me to apply for a new loan.. What???? I'd never do that, first of all.. but I'm puzzled by the whole thing. I live in Missouri.. I don't know if Cash Banc is legal, I don't think so but am not sure..
