I have a question if someone can answer it from experience. My Cash Call account shows as a charge off on my credit report. Do they send it to outside collections? Does it go to charge off before they sue you? Does anyone have any information?

It really depends . . . . Some have been sued, some go to collections . . .

Its hard to say. A lot of times cash call will hold on to the debt and try and collect on the debt in house. They may never sell the debt to a 3rd party. Cash call can be pretty sue crazy and may be gearing up for a law suite. You will likely hear from them soon either from a 3rd party collection agency or a lawyer. I would just and hang in there and see what happens. In the mean time try and save some money aside to eventually offer a settlement. I hope this helps some. Have a great day Very Happy

Charged off means the creditor has given up, thrown in the towel.

Umm ....Guest no it doesn't . It means they wrote it off as a loss for tax purposes. They will still pursue getting their money back. Cash Call has a reputation of being very aggressive when collecting on delinquent debts.
