As you know Cash call wanted a pmt by months' end in order to modify my loan, so I can put it in my DMP. I was really afraid they were "playing " with me, as I've read some many bad posts about them. But I'm pleased to say that my collector and his boss have been very nice to me, T & C sent them the payment on Tuesday, Cash Call received it and posted it last night. I called my collector this morning and he confirmed payment had been received, he then e-mailed me the new loan documents to sign, which showed the lower payment amount and lower interest. I'm going today to fax it back to them they must recieve by close of business on Monday.
I also today received a letter from Cash Call "Notice of intent to initiate arbitration claim" So I talked to my collector about this also, he said that once the paperwork was signed and returned this letter that I've received would be void. As we have reached a deal.
Hopefully this nightmare is coming to an end!! Happy Weekend Reny...
