I owe cashcentral $311. I had been trying to set up pymt arrangements but the person I was speaking with was so rude and would not accept my offer of pymts. I recently checked my account online because I wanted to make a pymt and it has that it was paid on 6/30/09 and it is marked Paid in full. I went to the option of make a pymt and it says I have no outstanding loans. Is this for real or did they send me to collections already and it is not showing? Why would it say that? I am from Texas and I know they are legal in Texas. Would appreciate the help and feedback. Thanks.

As much as you may hate it, call the heifer back and confirm that your balance is paid in full. If they sent it to collections they will tell you, if it was a clerical error, good for you.

Have you checked your credit report yet to see if they are listed on there?Keep me informed I am in the process of possible legal action against them. They use a in house collection department called Direct Financial Solutions. They used to be called this, but changed to Cash Central, be wary of them. I would print the page showing the account is paid in full as evidence. Good Luck.
