Unfortunately they are legal and licensed in your state. However, whether or not they are following the letter of the law is another matter. What's going on?

I turned everything over to a consolidation company with the exception of this one because it was only for 200.00. I had to close my account so of course they weren't paid and have been waiting to hear from them but
have heard nothing. I am sure I will and if the amount owed goes over 400.00 I can turn over to the people doing my negotiations. In the meantime I have been wondering what they are up to as they haven't notified me and it has been over a month. Thanks for your response.
