I received a letter from Cashland saying that, even though they have accepted the payments I made through T&C, Cashland is not bound to "accept those payments as arrangements...Cashland did not sign any written agreement accepting the payments as payment arrangements." They are the only ones coming after me like this. I haven't heard a peep from the other pdls I'm paying through T&C. Cashland wants another arrangement. I'm not paying them twice! Any suggestions?

i would inform T&C of this and forward that letter to them.see what they say about it before you do anything.

Cashland is a storefront and there are alot of them throughout Ohio.

I contacted T&C and they said to fax them a copy of the letter the we would go from there. I'll let you know what happens. Cashland is a storefront in Ohio.
