I applied for a loan through Cashnet USA and was approved. They said they sent the money last night at midnight. All day today my bank (bank of america) said that they have no record of it. The Reps at Cashnet say it can take a while. How long does it really take? Help, I am really worried and impatient.

EastAnna...find another way to get the $$ you need. I promise, borrowing from a pay day lender seems like a good solution right now, but you will regret it .

EastAnna- Have you read any of these threads here?? If at all possible I would contact them and cancel your loan BEFORE they deposit the money. TRUST ME its not worth it.

I agree with previous posts; we've all gone through the horrible experiences of dealing with Payday loans; please, PLEASE cancel the deposit and find some other way to get the money you need. Payday loans are NOT worth it!

Please cancel this loan if you possibly can. Chances are they will start taking money out of your account before they even send you money. These PDL s are not honest and most operate illegally. They prey on people and you wind up paying thoisands for a 300.00 loan.

On my knees and beggin you East to do EVERYTHING you can to stop that deposit. I took out $350.00 and have so far paid back 945 without touching the principal. Just today, with the help of these awsome people, did I get a letter saying it was Paid in Full and they would refund the rest to me. That was after 4 fonths of fighting them and struggling each pay check they took out more and more. If you want to owe them your paycheck, then have to close your checking account, and fight them, the Attorney General in your state and theirs, figure out who their ACH Processor is and send tons of letters to get your life back then go for it.

Do you mean you got the money from a loan you applied for, or a refund. Is this post from guest who wanted a loan, or from Shoppin?

I took EVERYONE's advice from here. I wrote a C & D Letter then filed with the AG in their state and mine, the BBB, then got their ACH processor and talked with her. When she would not help I e-mailed her with a copy of my C & D and copied it to the PDL and the AG of their state. That was yesterday and by last night I got a letter from them saying my account was PIF and I would be refunded, I was.
